- A Kenner man has been arrested for an August 26, 2011, armed
robbery of a convenience store.
On August 26, 2011, Willie Isaac, 19, of
3204 California Avenue, Kenner,
entered a Shell Station, located in the 3200 block of Williams Boulevard, in Kenner.
Isaac dressed as a woman produced a knife and robbed the
cashier at knifepoint.
located today (9-29-2011) in
Kenner; by members of the U.S. Marshal’s
Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force and detectives with the Kenner
interviewed by Kenner Police Detective Harold Pendergast and
admitted he was dressed as a woman and committed the armed
robbery because he was unemployed and needed money.
At the time of
this press release; Isaac remains in custody, no bond has been
set. Isaac was
charged with the crimes of armed robbery and aggravated assault.
