KENNER - The Kenner Police Department has arrested Janet Dantin, 41, of 864 Joe Yenni Boulevard, Kenner, in reference to the November 6, 2011, traffic fatality that resulted in the death of 43-year-old Philip Negri II, of Metairie.

On Friday, November 18, 2011; Traffic Investigator Gerald Miller received the toxicology results from the Louisiana State Police Crime Laboratory that revealed Dantinís; Blood Alcohol Result to be .15 at the time of the crash, which exceeds the legal limit of impairment.  Dantin was charged with the crime of vehicular homicide.
