SUBJECT ARRESTED FOR ATTACKING TWO FAMILY MEMBERS AND HOLD THEM IN A RESIDENCE FOR SEVERAL HOURS.

Kenner-  On September 27, 2012 at approximately 12:28 A.M. Kenner Police Officers arrested Herman Carroll, 41 years of age, of Kenner.

Carroll was arrested after he attacked and held two family members in their residence during an argument.

Herman Carroll is charged with:

Two Counts of False Imprisonment while Armed with a Weapon, Cruelty to a Juvenile, Two Counts of Aggravated Assault, Domestic Abuse Battery and Disturbing the Peace.

Carroll is being held without bond in the Jefferson parish Correctional Center.

Carroll was arrested on September 17, 2012 by the Kenner Police Department after an argument with a family member and he discharged a firearm in the ground six times.
