Kenner Police investigate murder

Kenner-The Kenner Police Department is presently investigating an overnight murder.  At approximately 10:45 p.m., Saturday, February 9, 2013, the Kenner Police Department was summoned to Ochsner Kenner (180 West Esplanade Avenue, in Kenner), in reference to a male subject who was dropped off at the emergency room with a gunshot wound to the leg.  Officers responding to the hospital learned that Brandon Joseph, 24, of Kenner, had arrived at the location and reported he had been shot prior to succumbing to his injuries. 

 At the present time, the Kenner Police Department are attempting to determine who dropped Joseph off at the hospital, where in the metropolitan area and /or Kenner; Joseph was shot, if he had been involved or perpetrated a crime prior to being shot, or was the random victim of a shooting.  At the present time no motive has been determined.
