Kenner man arrested for sexual assault on 14-year old

Kenner - A Kenner man has been arrested and charged with oral sexual battery of a juvenile (14-years-old). 

On Monday, July 15, 2013, the Kenner Police Department arrested Floyd Niette, Jr., 49, of 1103 Moisant Street, in Kenner.  Niette was arrested after he lured a 14-year-old male acquaintance into his vehicle in the 1000 block of Moisant Street.   It was there the juvenile victimís mother found Niette inside his vehicle performing oral sex on her fourteen year old son and notified police.  Niette was arrested at his residence and charged with oral sexual battery. 

At the time of this press release, Niette was released from the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center on a $25,000.00 commercial bond.
