Metairie robbery suspect arrested in Kenner robbery 

 Kenner - A Metairie robbery suspect, who led officers on a high speed chase across the Causeway, has been arrested and charged concerning a Kenner robbery.

 On Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11:54 p.m., Ranell Joseph, 26, of 110 Oakridge Avenue, apartment D, Donaldsonville, entered the Exxon Station, located at 3451 Williams Boulevard, Kenner.  Inside the store, Joseph implied he was armed with a weapon and demanded money.  The cashier complied with the robbery demands, and Joseph fled the business taking approximately $150.00.  Joseph was seen fleeing in the Dodge Challenger which was pursued last night by deputies across the Causeway.  

 Joseph was charged with first degree robbery.  Joseph remains in custody; no bond has been set.
