One charged in rape of a seven year old  

 Kenner - On Friday, January 24, 2014, Noe Alexander Aguilar-Benitez, 29, who provided the home address of 3412 Connecticut Avenue, Kenner, was arrested and charged with the crime of aggravated rape (victim 7 years old).  In October 2013, the victim disclosed to her parents that she had been inappropriately touched by Aguilar-Benitez.  Anquilar-Benitez was acquainted with the victim, lived in the same home, and worked with the victimís father. 

 Aguilar-Benitez was interviewed by Kenner Police Detective Joey McRae and confessed to the rape, admitting that he had engaged in sexual contact with the victim by masturbating, and touching the victim until the point of ejaculation. 

 At the time of this press release, Aguilar-Benitez remains in custody; his bond was set at $250,000.00
