Shift manager at Raising Cane's in Kenner stabbed during armed robbery

 Kenner - On Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at approximately 01:25 a.m., the Kenner Police Department responded to an armed robbery at the Raising Cane’s # 46, located at 3344 Williams Boulevard, in Kenner. 

 Upon officers’ arrival at the location, they learned that the restaurant had been robbed by two (2) black males wearing grey hoodies.  During the armed robbery, the shift manager, a 21-year-old female, was stabbed multiple times by one of the perpetrators.  After the robbery / stabbing the two perpetrators fled the business to an awaiting vehicle.  It is believed that at minimum; three (3) people were involved in this incident.    

 The victim was transported to a local hospital where she remains in critical / unstable condition.  This is an ongoing investigation, the restaurant is expected to be closed the remainder of the today, and possibly tomorrow.
