Kenner Police are investigating a shooting  

 Kenner - On Saturday, October 8, 2016, at approximately 3:18 p.m., the Kenner Police Department received multiple calls concerning a shooting that occurred in the 600 block of Hanson Street, in Kenner.    

 Officers arrived on scene, and learned the victim Larry Wilson, 31, who provided a New Orleans address, had been transported via private vehicle to an area hospital.  Wilson was located and found to have been shot multiple times.  Wilson remains hospitalized in stable condition.

 Information received from witnesses revealed directly after the shooting a black male, clad in a light colored shirt, with a white towel covering his face was seen running south across the railroad tracks at Hanson Street, and was seen getting in a silver vehicle which fled the area.
