Kenner Police investigating shooting  

 Kenner - On Friday, September 02, 2016, at approximately 11:04 a.m., the Kenner Police Department received multiple calls concerning a shooting that occurred outside the Lincoln Manor apartment complex, located at 1013 31st Street, in Kenner.    

 Officers arrived on scene, and learned the victim Thomas “Pig” McKenzie, 23, of Kenner had been transported via private vehicle to an area hospital.  McKenzie was located and found to have been shot multiple times.  At the time of this press release, McKenzie remains in critical condition.    

 Kenner Police Chief Michael J. Glaser urges anyone with information concerning Thomas “Pig” McKenzie or person(s) responsible for shooting him; to call Kenner Police Detective Bryan Weiter at (504) 712-2333 or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111.
