Teton St. Investigation Update

Kenner - Kenner Police Chief Michael J. Glaser has issued the following statement.

Early this morning the Kenner Police Department learned that Phillip Lynch, 89, death was pronounced.  While we have received calls about whether the criminal charges would be upgraded in this investigation, the Jefferson Parish Coronerís Office will conduct an autopsy and classify the death.  Once that classification is received it will be determined whether criminal charges will be upgraded.

On behalf of the Kenner Police Department, we wish to express our sympathy and condolences to the Lynch family, and ask our community to embrace and pray for them during this time.
