Two juveniles arrested for January car burglary and identity theft

 Kenner - Two sixteen-year-old male juveniles were arrested Friday (February 17, 2017) concerning a January 21, 2017, vehicle burglary that occurred in the 5000 block of Craig Avenue, in Kenner. 

 Both juveniles were charged with the crimes of simple burglary (vehicle) and identity theft. 

 On January 21, 2017, the two juveniles burglarized an unlocked vehicle in the 5000 block of Craig Avenue, in Kenner.  A wallet, change, knife, and credit cards were taken from the unlocked vehicle. 

 Later that same day, the stolen credit cards were utilized at Lakeside Mall, in Metairie, to make multiple unauthorized purchases.  

 The two juveniles were transported to the Rivarde Detention Center, pending a continued custody hearing.
